Michael Low is a founding partner at TCC and has 25 years’ management experience in the property sector, specialising in residential real estate, property development and land sales & acquisition.
Prior to forming TCC, Michael was partner and director of an award winning leading Essex based estate agency company, overseeing a successful expansion programme and responsible for identifying and supplying land and working closely with some of the UK’s largest housebuilders including Baratt homes, Taylor Wimpey and Bellway homes.
Michael was also a senior Manager at Countrywide PLC, progressing through the ranks of this large corporate estate agency company, achieving his first management position aged just 23, rewarding the company by returning the most profitable office of the 800 strong UK network in his first full year, successfully advancing into senior management; training and mentoring future talent.
Peter Hammond is a founding partner of TCC has extensive experience in the property and construction sector, providing consulting services to chief executives of large PLC companies and providing main contractor services on some flagship UK construction projects.
Peter also holds managing director position of a large residential and commercial development organisation which he founded; specialising in delivering large mixed used and residential schemes across the south east.
Peter has vast project management experience, employing large teams of surveyors, engineers and architects and subcontracted building companies to deliver large commercial projects for some of the best know companies in the UK, including Bloomberg, Tesco, Safeway CLSH Management and Capital and County.
Peter also owns an import & export company having gained experience from his early career working in haulage and logistics.
Richard Bowen is a founding partner at TCC and has considerable knowledge, experience and vast network of influential contacts within the London property sector, having been active in property development for over 25 years. His experience incorporates retail, commercial and residential investment and development, specialising in identifying development opportunities having a wealth of experience understanding the structure and operation of property markets and local housing systems and requirements; synergising this with public policy.
Prior to forming TCC Richard was an executive at Orion Land & Leisure and Spenhill Regeneration Limited (The property investment and Development subsidiary of Tesco Stores LTD).
Richard also oversaw major regeneration projects, property and portfolio management for the Swedish based PLC CLSH group.
Mark Chesney boasts a wealth of experience in construction and FF&E specialising in the education and medical sectors. Mark has been prevalent, working with major construction companies, designing and providing FF&E for some the of the UK’s most prestigious and ambitious public projects including the ‘Building Schools for the Future Programme’ and the Royal Hospital Chelsea as well as working with large corporate clients designing and delivering high end products such as Emirates airlines first class lounge at Heathrow.
Mark also holds position of Sales and Marketing director at a DPDG finance, responsible for leading a client relations team, growing the customer base and liaising with financial brokers and suppliers to provide financial products utilising technology based asset securitisation.
Mark has recently established a Modular Building consultancy business, specialising in advising clients on modular construction and assisting obtain financial products to develop building schemes using this exciting new construction method.
